THIS IS HOW WE REWILD
Pollinators are one of the most important species on Earth. Their extinction would cause tremendous negative impacts on nature and society.
We work with Fundación Amigos de las Abejas, installing bee hives to help restore damaged ecosystems and accelerate its reforestation.
Tree planting is the most effective way to reduce the effects of climate change.
We plant native species depending on the location and special needs of each project. A percentage of the trees we plant are mycorrizhed plants, fungi contributes to a richer soil and biodiversity.
It’s also a good opportunity for rural communities to get profit out of mushroom hunting.
Our oceans and waterways are polluted with a wide variety of marine debris ranging from cans and plastic bags to derelict fishing gear and abandoned vessels. Abandoned or discarded fishing gear is a major problem because this trash can entangle, injure, maim, and drown wildlife.
In TODARUS we support bio plastics and other ecofriendly materials to fight the plastic industry. We collaborate with different diving centers to help us doing beach clean ups regularly.
